1. Pick your date.  You may have to be flexible if the date you want is already taken or if the caterer is booked for that date.


2. Open and carefully review each of our rental information forms & contract.


3. How much time will you need to hold your event?  Total up the time you will need to…

a) Setup time.

b) How long will your event be.

c) Take down/cleanup  when finished.

4. Call us to obtain the rental rates and to see if your date is available. Our rates are based upon the day of the week.

At the same time you can discuss the details of renting our facility.


5. Contact a caterer from our list to choose your menu.


6. Send us all necessary deposits and signed contracts to book your date.

Renting the Trenton Temple
 to hold your event is easy.


Just follow the steps below.

Be sure to print and review the Guidelines and Rental Contract forms listed below.  You must sign these forms and return them with your deposit.

All room rates are based on 4 hours per function.  Each hour, or part of hour, over four hours, is an additional fee.


*Reservations guaranteed upon receipt of 50% of Daily Rate and signed contract with the balance due on or before day of event. If your deposit is not received within 7 days of your booking request (not event date), the date will be released.


You may cancel rental anytime up to the event date but please note there is a deposit cancellation fee.


A $250 refundable Security Deposit is required at the time of reservation deposit.


Special rates are available for renting multiple rooms.


The Doric and Ionic Lodge rooms can be rented subject to availability and type of rental.
